Terms & Conditions: #toodooBesties 2024 Competition

1. Eligibility: This competition is open exclusively to residents of the Garden Route, excluding employees of toodoo.co.za, Ilali, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation. Entrants must provide valid proof of residency if requested.
2. Content Authenticity: Entries should be genuine and authentic. Any form of AI-generated content will not be considered.
3. Judging Criteria: The winner will be selected based on which photo we believe is the most authentic and best captures the moment. All decisions regarding winner selection are final and at the sole discretion of the organising party.
4. Prize: The winner will receive a dinner voucher worth R1000 at Ilali in Wilderness. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
5. Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message on the platform they used for their competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within two weeks, or is unable to redeem the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
6. Content Use: By entering this competition, entrants consent to the organiser using the content they provide for promotional purposes, including marketing materials.
7. Competition End Date: The competition will close on 27th September 2024.
8. Affiliation Disclaimer: This competition is not affiliated with Ilali, and neither toodoo.co.za nor Ilali endorses or sponsors the other. The prize is offered independently by toodoo.co.za for the purposes of this competition.
9. General: By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. Liability: The organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.
11. Data Protection: Personal data provided during entry will be used solely in connection with this competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent.
