Sedgefield is set to become a vibrant hub of creativity when the inaugural En Route Arts Festival arrives from 19–24 June 2026. Inspired by the many artists travelling “en route” to the National Arts Festival in Makhanda, this exciting new festival celebrates the arts, culture, and community spirit of the Garden Route.
Over six days, festival-goers can enjoy an incredible programme featuring award-winning theatre productions, live music performances, comedy, workshops, exhibitions, guided tours, literary events, children’s activities, and immersive local experiences.
