The Tarentaal day visitor area is the perfect way to have a mini getaway without all the fuss.
This day visitor area inside the Ebb & Flow Rest Camp in Wilderness has braai facilities, a play area, clean toilets and picnic tables. You can rent canoes and paddle upstream to the beautiful King Fisher waterfall or take it easy and watch birds in the reeds.
A hidden path up the road from the day visitor section leads to a boardwalk. It is ideal for an afternoon photo with the family.
Tips: Bring extra clothes if you canoe, and always bring a jacket.
If you are not camping here you have to pay for a permit or use your WildCard.
