Discover the craft behind bread, tortillas, mozzarella, ice cream, gelato, chocolate, coffee, honey-infused spirits, gin and locally brewed beer. The programme includes tastings, demonstrations and sensory experiences.

Watch skilled makers at work, from woodturning and furniture-making to bent lamination, leathercraft and other traditional techniques.
