One of the most beautiful picnic spots in Knysna! Jubilee Creek is a gorgeous picnic spot with tables and braai facilities embedded next to the river stream where kids can plonk and play.
Enjoy the beautiful sites and sounds while the kids get their toes wet looking for river treasures. Summer or Winter, the spot changes with the seasons. Look out for a treasure trove of birds, bugs and critters, and if you are lucky, you might spot a chameleon.
There is also a beautiful waterfall route about 3km away if you want to spend the day in the area.
Tips: Space is limited, so come early.
Permits are obtainable from the Goudveld entrance gate at Bibby’s Hoek.
