Wilderness Ebb & Flow Rest Camp

Regular campers tend to have a favourite campsite, and for many, the best place to camp is the SANParks Ebb and Flow campsite on the outer edge of Wilderness.

What makes this campsite special is that you are surrounded by lush vegetation that is part of the protected Wilderness National Park. The campsite itself has beautifully kept lawns, plenty of shady spots, and a variety of activities to enjoy on the Touw River. The facilities themselves rate above average when compared with some other privately owned campsites with some bonus items such as an onsite Freezer. What makes Ebb & Flow special is that you feel like you are one with nature.

Because of the moderate climate and protection from wind and the variety of things you can do in the area your average stay comfortable stay at Ebb and Flow is about 2 weeks
There is a North and a South camp and both are hedged next to the river.

You are more likely to get a spot next to the river if you are in the North camp but if you have small children, you probably want to avoid getting too close to open water.
